Manager Technical Support Services
Responsibilities:
Manage IS Technical Support staff assigned to telephone field coverage to ensure proper customer service and call management. Prioritize problem issues as they are received in order to dispatch analysts as necessary to resolve problems in a timely manner. Develop and document Technical Support procedures that ensure effective response and customer satisfaction. Manage the Technical Support tracking system including system maintenance, reporting, problem issues, and tracking of calls. Manage and coordinate PC hardware/software purchasing. Perform Disaster Recovery accountabilities as required.
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years Computer experience background preferred;
- 2 – 3 years experience with software products and dealing with outside vendors preferred;
- 2 – 3 years Call Center Management experience preferred;
- Strong working knowledge of PC hardware and software required;
- Knowledgeable in IT tracking software required;
- Strong knowledge of office application software required;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required;
- Excellent problem solving skills required;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required;
- Strong telephone skills required.
