Telecommunication Technician

Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain telecommunications systems. Provide support in printing of daily reports and maintaining Telecommunications & Printback equipment. Support and maintain voice communications for the Company’s remote locations and collaborate with maintenance providers in the areas of problem determination and resolution. Perform support for printback operations. Install and maintain voice communications equipment and wiring at remote locations. Order and maintain Company’s cell phones, pagers, and two-way communications devices.

Qualifications:
 - 1 – 2 years experience in Telecommunications preferred;
- 1 – 2 years experience working with the installation of voice communications equipment preferred;
- Related Associates degree or technical school training in telecommunications preferred;
- Training in voice communications systems preferred;
- Knowledge of voice telecommunications systems, installation of voice communication equipment, and voice and data wiring preferred;
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques (printback and download) preferred;
- Good oral and written communication skills.
