Full-time / Part-time Personal Bankers

Responsibilities:
Attract new business and retain current business through the promotion of appropriate products and services. Open new accounts in a timely and effective manner. Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Functions include the following: cross-sell additional products and services to develop client/bank relationships; respond to inquiries accurately and expediently; resolve product or service issues; ensure client satisfaction and follow all bank policies and procedures; and ensure quality customer service is always being delivered.

Qualifications:
- 2 year business degree preferred;
- Entry level position with customer service and/or sales experience preferred;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of PC and system applications.

Locations:
Brooklyn, Nassau, Queens, Suffolk and Westchester Counties

Salary:
Full-time $24,100 - $28,900
Part-time $12.30 - $14.80 per hour
