Management Associate
Responsibilities:
Develop necessary knowledge and skills to advance into a management position. This position requires a high level of initiative, discretion, and independent judgment. Take ownership of personal learning process through completion of assignments noted in personal development plan while overseeing the Branch’s functions. Learn and be involved in managing operational facets and customer service levels of the branch and the productivity of the branch’s office staff to maximize profitability and ensure compliance to AFS standards. Develop, coach, and evaluate branch staff.
Qualifications:
- 1 year supervisory experience preferred;
- Customer service and/or sales background preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred;
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making ability;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures and policies;
- Willingness to adjust schedule to work at various locations/branches throughout the organization for various lengths of time
